My Story

I'm here to support you in life and death.  

As a birth doula, I aim to bridge the gap between the medical community and holistic birthing care with an empathic, supportive mindset.  I am passionate about comfort care, prenatal care, postnatal care, education and helping you have the birth story you are hoping for.  I want you to feel competent, supported and joyful during one of life's most exciting experiences.

As a death or end of life doula, I am here to support both the dying and their family through the passage out of this world.  With respect and a gentle approach, I walk you through the process of death with dignity and provide comfort for all involved.  I provide emotional and spiritual support along with practical support according to your needs. 

Just as every birth is different, the same applies to death and each family will require different things.
